Goa International Airport Parking

Dabolim Airport, or Goa International Airport as it is more well known as, is located just outside the coast city of Vasco Da Gama in Goa, India.

The airport has a multi-level parking facility located opposite the airport terminal and has a capacity of around 550 parking spaces.

The car park is located within a short walking distance from the airport terminal.

The parking fees for parking at the airport’s designated parking area will be charged from when the vehicle enters the parking area.

The fee for parking is based on the type of vehicle and the length of time parked.

For coach, bus or truck the first 30 minutes of parking is 40 INR, with the following 90 minutes for 100 INR with the total of 140 INR for the first two hours.

For Tempo, which is traditionally widely used in India, SUV and mini bus the fee for the first 30 minutes is 30 INR while the following 90 minutes are 100 INR with the total of 130 INR for the first two hours.

For cars the fee for the first 30 minutes is 30 INR with the fee for the following 90 minutes being 85 INR with a total of 115 INR for the first two hours.

For two wheelers the first 30 minutes cost 10 INR while the following 90 minutes are 20 INR with the total of 30 INR for the first two hours.

The information in the document on the official website is somewhat unclear:

“After two hours, the rate will increase by Rs. 20/- per hour for wheelers, the charge after 2 hours will be Rs.10/- per hour. The parking rate beyond 7 hours up to 24 hours will be 300% of the 30 minutes to 120 minutes’ slab and every 24 hours or part thereof.”

Our interpretation of what it means is that between hours 2 and 7 all vehicles are charged an additional 20 INR per hour except for two wheelers that are charged 10 INR per hour.

Between hours 7 and 24 all vehicles are charged a rate that is 300% of the rate for the 30-120 minute slot, which would be 300 INR for coaches, buses, trucks, tempos, SUVs and mini buses, 255 INR for cars and 60 INR for two wheelers.

After the first 24 hours a daily fee will be charged. This daily fee is the same amount as the fee for hours 7-24 no matter how long the vehicle is parked on the additional day.
